Chief Master Sergeant Troy G. Palmer, Jr. is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 12th Flying Training Wing, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. He advises the 12th FTW commander on all matters affecting the health, morale and welfare of enlisted, officer and civilian personnel across the wing. The 12th Flying Training Wing is the Source of America's Airpower, delivering unrivaled airpower leaders for the future of the U.S. Air Force. The wing consists of three flying groups and a maintenance directorate spanning more than 1,400 miles at JBSA-Randolph, Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., and the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colo.
