12th OSS/OSW plays vital role in JBSA-Randolph flying mission

Alvin Hill, 12th Operations Support Squadron weather operations flight chief, forecasts weather in support of Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph’s flying mission as well as resource protection for the base. Hill is a part of a nine-person team of weather technicians and has worked in weather for 32 years, including 27 years in the Air Force.
